Every box: two packs you choose, one care item you choose, and Our Pick, one more item we choose. Shipping is included in the box price.
Two packs you choose
Pads, tampons or liners, from the brands in your box's range. Every pack is a sealed retail pack: you receive it exactly as the manufacturer sealed it. We don't open, repack or alter anything.
If a pack you chose runs out, we send a comparable pack in the same category, or get in touch with you.
Swapping packs inside your plan never changes what you pay.
One care item you choose
Each box has its own list of care items. You'll see them when you build your box.
Our Pick
Our Pick changes from month to month, and we can't promise any particular item. It's always a sealed product, and we choose it.
We'll show what's gone into past boxes once we've shipped some.

When it arrives
You pay for your first box when you subscribe, and it comes the month after, aimed at a 3-day arrival window you choose. After that, a box comes every month, aimed at the same window. Carriers quote two to five days, so we aim at your window rather than guarantee a date.
