Consumer Health Data Privacy Policy

Period Plus, LLC (Period+) · Effective October 19, 2026

This policy covers consumer health data as Washington's My Health My Data Act defines it.

What we collect and why

We sell sealed period products. Some of what we hold in order to fill your orders may count as consumer health data:

We collect nothing else about your health. We don't ask about your cycle or your symptoms, and we don't work anything out about your health from what you buy.

Where it comes from

From you: when you order, use your account, or email, call or message us. We don't get it from anyone else.

What we share, and with whom

Only what is needed to give you what you asked for:

If you agree to it in our cookie banner, and only then, Meta (Facebook and Instagram) learns that your device visited our site and, if you buy, that a purchase happened and what it cost, and Google Analytics learns which of our pages your device viewed. Neither is ever told which products you chose. You can withdraw that agreement at any time with “Your privacy choices” at the bottom of any page.

We have no affiliates.

Your rights, and how to use them

You can ask us to:

Email hello@periodplus.us from the address you used with us, and say which of these you want. You don't need an account. If we can't confirm the request is yours, we'll ask for what we need to do that. It's free, up to twice a year.

We'll act on your request within 45 days. If we need more time, we'll tell you why within those 45 days, and take no more than 45 more. When we delete your data, we also tell everyone we shared it with to delete it. A copy in a backup may take up to six months to clear. If a law requires us to keep a record of a sale, we keep only what that law requires and delete the rest.

If we turn down a request, you can appeal: reply to our answer, or email hello@periodplus.us with “Appeal” in the subject. We'll tell you in writing within 45 days what we did and why. If we still say no, we'll tell you how to complain to the Washington State Attorney General.
